Well internet connection was terrible, and there was worn out bed in my room.

All the staff was super friendly. The room was excellent sized with an excellent shower, water views, had everything we wanted.

Good value, everything was great and the staff was accommodating and outstandingly accommodating. The rooms were neat and new-fashioned, they come with the big balcony, 2 bathrooms, view of The Strand. Very central location near to restaurants/cafes and bars as well as restaurant's and supermarket, it was in a great area.

The Madison Ocean Breeze Apartments offered us a wonderful experience during our stay in Townsville. We loved the proximity to the Strand, Rockpool, and the Botanic Gardens, as well as being within walking distance of the CBD. The balcony provided a perfect spot for enjoying our morning coffee and taking in the breathtaking view of Maggie Island. The well-appointed room had everything we needed, including a kitchen for preparing meals. The ground floor twin room gave us easy access to the pool and convenient onsite parking. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made our stay even more enjoyable. a fantastic location with spacious accommodations.

Good value hotel, had a very pleasant stay on this visit.

Facilities were awesome, however Wi-Fi was terrible.

the location was perfect. It was so close to everything we needed, from the beautiful esplanade to the ferry terminal for Magnetic Island. We could easily walk to the beach and enjoy the stunning water views from our balcony. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were helpful and always went above and beyond to assist us. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had good facilities. We even had a view of a dilapidated neighbor's backyard, which added a unique charm to our stay.

All in all, everything was alright.

Had very pleasant stay on this visit, the staff were superbly friendly, location was stunning to everything near the Strand. Booked a room with exceptional views of the ocean. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge were an advantage🙂🙂

This hotel has an excellent location with easy access to the Island ferry and many restaurants and shopping options. The rooms are comfortable and come with a stunning view. The hotel also offers leisure facilities such as a pool and gym, perfect for a relaxing stay. as guests with disabilities, we appreciated the accessible accommodations provided by the hotel.

We did experience some delays during check-in, which can be frustrating for travelers on a tight schedule.

The weekend trip was great! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable.

There were some downsides to our stay. We experienced some noise from the street, but it wasn't anything too disruptive.

Our check-in process was a bit of a hassle. We had to wait for over an hour for our room to be ready, which was quite inconvenient after a long flight.

Great location. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Smart TV. Full bathroom and ensuite. Full-size fridge. Easy and secure parking.

Our stay at Madison Ocean Breeze was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk to The Strand and the ferry to Magnetic Island. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our ground floor unit, which had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus for preparing light meals.

The construction noise nearby was a slight inconvenience, but it only occurred during the day. We also found the evaporative cooling system to be a bit uncomfortable in the hot and humid weather.
